Singing sensation Meet Bros have collaborated with Live101 to launch a one-of-its-kind marketplace platform to book live entertainers for any event or occasion in India. The platform will help cut down the daunting process of hiring a live artist with utter ease.
Meet Bros – Manmeet Singh and Harmeet Singh -- will help manage, mentor and curate the right talent for every budget. The platform provides an effective and secure booking service, with a talent pool of over 1,400 entertainers such as singers, musicians, comedians, DJs, MCs and more that caters to every occasion right from weddings to corporate events, to family functions to birthday or house parties and a lot more. In a conversation with IANSlife, the duo shares more about the collaboration and the idea behind it. 

Q) Tell us more about your collaboration with Live101.
Live101 is a platform that helps you hire live entertainers for any event, occasion or celebration. The idea was initiated by our friend Sachin Bhandari, who had already conceptualised the processes and platform. One of the primary concerns for the Live101 team was to source the right talent. We thought of coming together to bridge this gap by managing and sourcing the right talent. Hence, when an artist registers on the platform, he/she has to go through various checks and auditions to meet the eligibility criteria to be listed on the platform.
While we had to come the hard way, today''s artists can simply register on Live101 and start making a livelihood as they can expect to get more enquiries and bookings from this platform.

Q) What is the idea? Why do you think such a platform was necessary?
There is no platform, scope or method where one can build a career in music/entertainment industry. It is also very difficult for a person who wants to have an entertainment evening and doesn''t have a big budget to find an artiste, because most event agencies are only interested in bigger artists who can give them bigger commissions and cuts.
The inception of Live101 is to serve the purpose of booking live entertainers for events of all sizes. Customers can find and book reliable artists in their budget. The platform facilitates easy payments, fast bookings and artist management and tracking, all in one place. It also has a user-friendly option to recommend best possible entertainers. At the end of the day, we Indians love entertainment and live101 delivers live entertainment through its finest talent on the platform
